ASDA Appeal

ASDA Wallsend were kind enough to let us join their local appeal. We battled it out with two other local organisations and people pledged their little green tokens they were given for shopping at the store in to the slot they saw fit to support. It was clear from the out set that the local people felt the Boys Club was a worth while cause and worthy of their tokens as our levels rose and rose. By the time the competition came to a close the Boys club was a clear favourite with the tokens almost at the top.

We were happy to receive a cheque for £100 from ASDA which was put into the slowly growing building appeal fund.
